By purchasing a leased beat, you accept these terms and conditions and this shall serve as a contract between Keesimo (hereafter “Licensor”) and you (hereafter “You”) which may be legally enforced against both parties. With that being said, the terms of this Agreement are as follows:
Lease Terms:

-Up to 5000 commercial or for profit copies such as Albums, Mixtapes and Paid Internet Downloads
-Once exclusive rights for a track have been purchased, that track is no longer available for lease.
*Once you lease a track, you will receive a high quality mp3 version of the track without the voice tag.
